I don’t want to go another day without telling you all about my relaxing trip to Orlando. In March, my family from New York flew to Florida to celebrate my cousin’s wedding. And thanks to Mitsubishi we were able to go sightseeing and spend more time with relatives in the Sunshine State.
My cousin’s wedding took place at the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom, a gorgeous venue with a rustic and vintage charm. The ceremony was outside and then we took the party indoors for the cocktail hour and reception. I’m grateful for an evening of dancing among my paternal cousins.
What do you think of my dress? I bought it at Macy’s a month or so before the wedding. Funny story: My mom actually tried on this dress with a few other frocks. I was in the dressing room with her, and when she decided on a floral midi dress, I tried on the velvet dress and thought it was a win. I loved that it somewhat hid my “gut” which I’m sometimes insecure about and I loved the color. (Side note: I’ve been replacing a heavy breakfast with a delicious and healthy juice/smoothie every morning thanks to the recipes by my old pals at My Wellness Solutions and my stomach fat has gone down a bit because of less inflammation and slight weight loss thanks to eating cleaner).
The day after the wedding we made some local stops throughout the Orlando area to visit relatives. Thanks to the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander my family and I rode safely and comfortably. As a co-pilot, I was able to display the GPS from my phone onto the car’s dashboard screen.
We also enjoyed a local trip to Lake Eola Park where I wore this spring dress from Forever 21.
