Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Whether we like it or not, many states are still under quarantine, but you can still have fun this holiday weekend at home. I’m learning my way around the kitchen, and I made these delicious red, white, and blue popsicles with no troubles at all.
All you need are strawberries, yogurt — or in my case coconut milk — blueberries and lime (sugar is optional). A blender is also necessary to puree the fruits.
RECIPE:
- Add the strawberries and lime in the blender. Then add 1/3 of it to the popsicle mold. Make sure there are no solids. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Add the white yogurt or coconut milk on top of the strawberries in the mold. Place in freezer until firm. (As you can see, the coconut milk in my video wasn’t frozen enough and it blended with the blueberry).
- Finally, add the blueberries and lime in the blender. Then add 1/3 over the coconut milk. Leave some room for the popsicle top.
- Freeze for at least six hours. Good for about a week.
